Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, rooted in a strong belief in the mind-body connection. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, Sarah integrates holistic healing practices, somatic work, mindfulness, and breathwork into her sessions—helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build a deeper sense of internal awareness and safety.
Sarah is trauma-informed and brings a compassionate, attuned lens to her work with clients who have experienced complex or relational trauma. She prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace and begin meaningful healing.
She draws from a range of evidence-based and integrative modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. Sarah honors each client’s individuality and collaborates with them to develop practical coping skills while fostering deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
At the core of her work is a belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. She strives to cultivate a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys teaching yoga, exploring holistic wellness practices, spending time in nature, and connecting with her community.
