Rachel has specialized training in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Filial Play Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, sand tray therapy, expressive arts interventions, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), gender-affirming care, and neurodivergent-affirming care. She uses a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
Rachel has experience working in schools, clinical settings, and with families. She especially enjoys supporting older adolescents and young adults through identity development, academic and career stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Rachel is passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and neurodivergent clients.
Rachel also values partnering with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and foster connection both inside and outside of the therapy room.
