Molly Zametkin, Senior Clinical Director

Molly R. Zametkin, LCSW-C, LICSW, is a clinical social worker and healthcare operations specialist with extensive experience in community relations, research, resource coordination, high-acuity mental health treatment, and healthcare leadership. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and brings more than 20 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings.

Molly’s career spans multiple roles at the National Institutes of Health, as well as intensive care clinical leadership, healthcare consulting, intake optimization, and 15 years in direct therapeutic services. She is dedicated to streamlining operational processes, advancing insurance advocacy education, and facilitating individualized treatment planning. Her experience across intensive outpatient settings and higher levels of care reflects her sustained commitment to thoughtfully matching clients with high-quality, appropriate treatment options.

Molly is deeply committed to delivering trauma-informed care, high-quality clinical supervision, and integrative treatment planning alongside multidisciplinary teams, both internally and within the broader community. Her clinical specialties include trauma-focused therapies, Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and clinical training and professional development. She began her trauma training at The Ferentz Institute and later returned to complete advanced training in trauma-informed supervision. Molly is a board-approved supervisor for social workers in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and for both social workers and counselors in Maryland.

At CCG, Molly is deeply engaged in community relations, promoting the delivery of high-quality mental health care across internal teams and external partners. She works closely with interdisciplinary providers to ensure an integrative, client-centered approach across service lines. She is particularly passionate about building strong community partnerships that foster collaboration, expand access, and improve continuity of care.

Molly is a co-author of six publications affiliated with the National Institutes of Health and has presented at national conferences on its behalf, as well as at healthcare leadership summits and the CHADD National Conference. Her research experience includes work with the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism and the National Institute of Mental Health, where she contributed to studies on addiction, mental health, and psychopharmacology. Drawing on this foundation, along with her healthcare leadership experience, Molly applies her expertise to support organizations in delivering high-quality mental health services across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
