Group Offerings at our Bethesda Location:
- Adolescent PEERS® this group is a 16-week social skills program for motivated teens in middle and high school interested in making and keeping friends. The adolescent group is open to clients age 11-17. Parents also attend weekly group sessions where they learn how to support their adolescent through social coaching.
Young Adult PEERS® this group is a 16-week evidence-based social skills group for motivated young adults who are interested in making and keeping friends, navigating social/workplace interactions, and considering romantic relationships. The young adult group is open to clients age 18-30s. Parents also attend weekly group sessions where they learn how to support their young adult through social coaching.
